- Acquisition accelerates speed and scale for hyperscale and colocation data center infrastructure

Accelevation announced the acquisition of SteelPro, a premier steel fabrication company based in Houston, Mississippi, with additional operations in Memphis, Tennessee.

The acquisition strengthens Accelevation’s vertically integrated manufacturing platform and expands its total U.S. manufacturing footprint to 1.4 million square feet by 2026 - one of the largest domestic footprints in the industry. By integrating SteelPro’s end-to-end steel design, fabrication, and installation capabilities, Accelevation is accelerating its ability to deliver modular data center infrastructure with unmatched speed, quality, and scale.

“Speed and scale are the new currency in today’s data center market,” said Michael Rubiera, CEO of Accelevation. “With SteelPro, we are now vertically integrated in critical steel fabrication, ensuring faster execution, greater capacity, and the ability to scale at the pace our hyperscale and colocation customers require.”

SteelPro brings deep expertise not only in data center applications but also in generator platforms, external steel structures, and cooling tower systems—complementary capabilities that broaden Accelevation’s offering. Founder Jeremy Harrell joins Accelevation’s leadership team as part of the integration.

“Joining Accelevation is an exciting next chapter for SteelPro,” said Harrell. “Our company has always been about more than steel—it’s about our people, our community, and the pride of building together. Accelevation shares those values, and together we are better positioned than ever to deliver for our customers while creating new opportunities for our teams.”
