All times indicated below are for the Eastern Time Zone (New York, USA).

1. CreditRiskMonitor service is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except as otherwise indicated.

2. The six-hour period 12:00 AM -- 06:00 AM Sunday is reserved for routine scheduled maintenance. During these hours the service is usually available, but downtime may occur without prior notice.

3. If it becomes necessary to schedule an interruption to the online service at other times, CreditRiskMonitor will notify clients at least 48 hours in advance by email.

4. Telephone support is available during office hours, generally 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.

5. CreditRiskMonitor closes its offices or may reduce office hours for certain holidays, and occasionally in case of dangerous weather conditions.
