Business Summary
Invesco High Yield Investments Fund (the Fund), formerly Morgan Stanley High Yield Fund, Inc., is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s objective is to seek high level of current income. It invests in a portfolio of high-yielding, high-risk bonds and other income securities. The Fund may invest in lower-quality debt securities like junk bonds. Effective June 1, 2010, Invesco Advisers, Inc. acts as the investment adviser of the Fund. State Street Bank & Trust Company (SSB) serves as custodian, fund accountant and provides certain administrative services to the Fund.
