China Coal Corporation (CKO), formerly JYW Capital Corp., is a development-stage company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the business of in the business of identifying, acquiring, and developing coal properties, including operating coal mines and Coalbed Methane (CBM). Through Golden Hill International Holdings Limited (GH) and Xinjiang Huamei Mining Co., Ltd. (Huamei), CKO’s current primary asset is a CBM exploration and development play, holding consulting, technical, and drilling rights to explore an area for CBM. The land is located south of Hami, Xinjiang, in western China. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary GH, holds a 75% interest in Humei, which holds the right to participate in CBM exploration on the CBM Property. On May 14, 2010, the Company completed its Qualifying Transaction with Golden Hill International Holdings Limited.
