Business Summary
Ace & Partners, formerly Ace Technologies Corp., is a Korea-based holding company engaged in the management of subsidiaries. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five subsidiary companies: AAC, a United States-based communication equipment wholesaler; D-Ace, a Chine-based communication equipment manufacturer; G-Ace, a China-based company engaged in the manufacturing and processing of communication equipment; Shin Ah Ltd., a holding company based in Hong Kong, China, and Mobitech Corp., a Korea-based communication equipment manufacturer. On March 1, 2010, the Company completed spin-off of its communications equipment part manufacturing business and acquired investment business of Ace Technologies Corp., formerly Ace Antenna Corp. After spin-off and merger, the Company became a holding company. On March 25, 2010, it changed its name to Ace & Partners. Ace Technologies Corp. completed the merger with the Company on December 30, 2011. After the merger, the Company is to be dissolved.
