Aquarion Company is a holding company whose subsidiaries are engaged both in the regulated utility business of public water supply and in various non-utility businesses. Aquarion's utility subsidiary, BHC Company, collects, treats and distributes water to residential, commercial and industrial customers, to other utilities for resale and for private and municipal fire protection.
