Business Summary
Twenty-Seven Capital Corp. is engaged in exploring for minerals and metals with a focus on uranium and iron-oxide copper-gold deposits. It has interests in several properties in Yukon Territory, one property in the Northwest Territories, four properties in British Columbia and one property in Mexico. As of April 18, 2006, it had 11 mineral properties in Yukon. Subsequently, it acquired 13 new properties and expanded several of its other properties, all by staking. As of July 31, 2006, the Company held interests in more than 4,000 mineral claims in Yukon. The La Cobota property in Mexico covers 3,000 hectares. Twenty-Seven owns a 100% interest in the Aristifats property consisting of two claims, which total 1,350 hectares. On September 18, 2006, the Company signed an agreement that grants Aries Resource Corp. and Action Minerals Inc. the optional right to purchase a 100% interest in its Muskwa, Bronson and Toro properties. In February 2007, the Company was acquired by Mega Uranium Ltd.
