Titan Europe Plc is a holding company. The Company engaged in the manufacture and sale of steel wheels and undercarriages for the off-highway vehicles industry. The Company’s wheels division is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of wheels and brakes. Its wheels segment sells wheels and tires to the OEM market. On December 2, 2011, the Company acquired the South African businesses of Conron Wheels & Allied CC and Conron Earthmover Wheels (Pty) Ltd. On April 19, 2011, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Titan Italia SpA acquired the remaining 50% interest in its joint venture business, Titan Jantsa Jant Sanayi Ticaret ve Sanayi A.S.
