Holiday RV Superstores, Inc. is a multi-state retail chain of dealerships engaged in the retail sales, financing and service of recreation vehicles (RVs) and other recreation vehicles under the name Recreation USA. As of April 25, 2003, the Company operated three dealerships in Clermont, Florida, Lexington, Kentucky and Prosperity, West Virginia. Each dealership offers a line of new and used RVs, and each dealership maintains parts, service and body repair facilities. The Company sells several brands of RVs and recreational boats. During the fiscal year ended October 31, 2002, it purchased approximately 18.2% of its RVs from Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. and 31.5% from Winnebago Industries. It purchased the remainder of its RVs and boats from other manufacturers, including National RV Holdings, Inc., SMC Corporation, Forest River, Inc., Gulfstream Coach, Inc. and Tracker Marine, Inc. Recreational boats are also carried at selected dealerships.
