JNR Resources Inc. (JNR) is a junior exploration company focused on uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan and the Deer Lake Basin and the Topsails igneous complex of west-central Newfoundland. As of January 31, 2012, JNR contained 16 mineral projects in its property portfolio: 13 in the Athabasca Basin, one in Southwestern Saskatchewan and two on the island of Newfoundland. It holds a 100% interest in the Black Lake project, which consists of nine mineral claims totaling 36,800 hectares. The Crackingstone project consists of four mineral claims totaling 10,665 hectares, located in the Uranium City area. Its other projects include the Crackingstone project, the Kelic Lake project, the Lazy Edward Bay project, the Moore Lake project, the Newnham Lake project, the North Wedge project, Rocky Brook project, Snowbird, and the Yurchison Lake project. In January 2013,Denison Mines Corp acquired the Company.
