The project covers known mineralized zones and exploration targets. Its Boulevard property is located approximately 35 kilometres due south of Kinross Gold Corporation’s Golden Saddle discovery and is contiguous to Kaminak Gold Corporation’s Coffee project, approximately 135 kilometres south of Dawson City, and consisted of 771 mining claims covering approximately 15,700 hectares, as of February 28, 2011. The Prospector Mountain property consists of 239 claims located within the Dawson Range. The Dawson Range properties are a package of eleven claim blocks containing a total of 238 quartz mining claims. In December 2011, New Gold Inc. acquired the Company.
