Goldnev Resources Inc. (Goldnev) is an energy company engaged in the exploration, development and production of unconventional oil shale and conventional crude oil and natural gas resource properties in the Western Canadian Sedimentary basin. Conventional projects are located at Noel in northeastern British Columbia, at Turner Valley and Pincher Creek in southwestern Alberta. It owns a 56.5% working interest in the Noel property, which is in Northeastern British Columbia consists of two sections of land and one gas well that was completed in the Fahler zone and is producing approximately 30 million cubic feet per day. The Provost property in east central Alberta consisted of one section of land and one producing gas well producing approximately 75 million cubic feet per day. On May 12, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of a 50.4% working interest in 640 acres of oil and gas leases and infrastructure assets located in the Turner Valley area of southwestern Alberta.
