Caprius, Inc. (Caprius) is engaged in manufacturing equipment for on-site medical waste processing. The Company is engaged in the infectious medical waste disposal business, through its wholly owned subsidiary M.C.M. Environmental Technologies, Inc. (Merger Sub), for Vintage to acquire it. Vintage is engaged in investment activities, including in operating business and early stage investments through equity investments, debt purchases, restructurings and turnarounds, debtor in possession financing and sale-leaseback transactions.
