Vineyard National Bancorp (VNB) is the financial holding company, which provides a variety of lending and depository services to businesses and individuals through its wholly owned subsidiary, Vineyard Bank, National Association (the Bank). The Company’s principal business is to serve as a holding company for the Bank. The Bank operates 16 full-service banking centers. The Bank also operates three regional financial centers (RFCs). The Bank’s loan portfolio includes Luxury Home Construction Lending, Commercial Construction Lending, Tract Construction Lending and Income Property Lending. It offers various deposit products, which include non-interest bearing demand deposits, interest-bearing savings deposits and time deposits. Savings deposits include savings, negotiable order of withdrawal and money market deposit account. On December 5, 2007, the Company completed acquisition of the 1031 Exchange Advantage, Inc. and 1031 Funding & Reverse Corp. (collectively, the Exchange Companies).
