The Commercial Court in Paris appointed Mrs. Hélène Bourbouloux and Mr. Frédéric Abitbol as Judicial Administrators.
On 4/22/2024, Rallye SA, Foncière Euris SA, Finatis SA, and Euris SA, announced that the Commercial Court of Paris initiated the opening of Compulsory Liquidation Proceedings. Rallye, Foncière Euris and Finatis have requested the suspension of the listing of their shares and other listed instruments issued by them, with effect from 4/22/2024 (post-closing).
