It has three business areas: Secure Remote Control, Classroom Management and Live Chat. Secure Remote Control area is mainly responsible for the marketing of products enabling the administration of customers' computers: Netop Remote Control and Netop OnDemand. Classroom Management area provides three solutions for primary and secondary classroom teaching in public schools, special schools and upper secondary schools: Netop School, Netop Vision and Netop MyVision. Live Chat area focuses on the Netop Live Guide product, which is a solution enabling audio and video chatting. As of December 31, 2011, the Company sold its products through subsidiaries in the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Romania, as well as through business partners in more than 80 countries.
