Business Summary
Bradley Operating Limited Partnership (the Operating Partnership) is a subsidiary of Heritage Property Investment Trust, Inc. (Heritage or the Company). Heritage is a fully integrated, self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust. The Operating Partnership operates in one industry segment, real estate ownership and management of retail properties. Through the Operating Partnership, Heritage conducts substantially all of its business in the Midwestern United States. At June 30, 2006, the Operating Partnership owned (either directly or through subsidiaries) 105 neighborhood and community shopping centers. In June 2006, the Operating Partnership completed the disposition of Montgomery Commons, a shopping center located in Montgomery, Alabama consisting of 0.1 million square feet of gross leaseable area (GLA) owned by the Operating Partnership. In April 2006, it completed the disposition of eight shopping centers, consisting of 0.8 million square feet of GLA.
