(the Partnership) was formed to acquire limited partnership interests in other limited partnerships (Local Limited Partnerships), which own multi-family or senior housing complexes (Housing Complexes) that are eligible for Federal low income housing tax credits (Low Income Housing Tax Credits). The general partner of the Partnership is WNC Tax Credit Partners, L.P. (the General Partner). The Partnership’s principal business consists of investing as a limited partner in Local Limited Partnerships, each of which owned and operated a Housing Complex, which qualified for the Low Income Housing Tax Credits. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Partnership sold its Limited Partnership Interests in Blackberry Oaks, Ltd. (Blackberry) and Woodlake Garden Apartments (Woodlake).
