On October 12, 2004, the Notice of Occurrence of the Effective Date of the Revised Second Amended Joint Plan of Liquidation (the Plan, which was approved by order of the Court entered on September 23, 2004) was filed with the Court, indicating that the Effective Date (as defined in the Plan) of the Plan occurred on October 12, 2004. The Plan provides for the liquidation of World Access, Inc. and its Subsidiaries.
