Business Summary
Western Gas Resources, Inc. explores for, produces, gathers, processes and treats, transports and markets natural gas and natural gas liquids. Western organizes its operations into four business segments: upstream; gas gathering, processing and treating; transportation, and marketing. In August 2006, Anadarko Petroleum Corp. completed the acquisition of the Company.
