Business Summary
Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is an operator of residential manufactured housing communities (MHCs). The REIT owns and operates residential living experiences and investment opportunities in family-oriented communities in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Arkansas, Missouri, West Virginia, and Illinois. The REIT owns a 100% interest in a portfolio of approximately 80 MHCs with 14,668 lots as well as two recreational vehicle (RV) resort communities with 470 sites.
