The Enterprise Development Authority ("EDA") is an unincorporated governmental instrumentality of the Estom Yumeka Maidu Tribe of the Enterprise Rancheria ("Tribe"). The Tribe is a federally recognized Indian tribe who occupy the lands of the Middle Fork Feather River Watershed Northern California. The EDA is developing a Class III tribal gaming facility and hotel called the Hard Rock Sacramento on 40 acres of gaming eligible trust land located within a 900-acre Sports and Entertainment Zone in Yuba County, CA, about 35 miles from Sacramento. Hard Rock Sacramento is expected to open in October 2019.
