The Company also filed an application with the Court to seek permission from the Court to convene a Creditors Meeting for its creditors.
On 8/23/2022, the Court appointed Victor Saw Seng Kee of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services Sdn Bhd as the Interim Liquidator of Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Serba Dinamik Group Berhad and its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd and Serba Dinamik International Ltd.
On 1/10/2023, The High Court granted an order to Wind Up Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd, and its subsidiaries, Serba Dinamik International Ltd, Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd, and Serba Dinamik Group Bhd pursuant to a petition filed by Standard Chartered Saadiq Bhd, HSBC Amanah Malaysia Bhd, AmBank Islamic Bhd, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Bhd, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd, and Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd.
