Mountain View Partners GP is a single purpose general partnership that will enter into a project agreement with the province of Alberta, as represented by the Ministry of Transportation, to design, build, finance, maintain and rehabilitate the Southwest Calgary Ring Road, a new 31 km divided highway and related infrastructure. The term of the DBFO Agreement will be approximately 35 years, including a construction period of 61 months and 30 years of operations after the substantial completion of the full length of the Project. Mountain View Partners GP will be owned by a consortium consisting of Meridiam Infrastructure North America (32.5%), Kiewit Canada Development Corp. (32.5%), Connor, Clark & Lunn GVest Traditional Infrastructure LP (25%) and Ledcor Investments Inc. (10%). Financial close is expected to be reached on September 13, 2016.
