Agrokultura AB, formerly Alpcot Agro AB, is a Sweden-based company engaged in the investments in farmland and agricultural operations. It harvests winter wheat, winter ryes, barleys, spring wheat, sunflowers, maize and other corps. It has dairy farms in Russia, which are located in Lev Tolstoy, Ertil/Mordova and Vorobievka. In July 2014, it completed the sale of its Kaliningrad operations. On August 6, 2014, Steenord Corp acquired shares in the Company, increasing its holding from 27.53% to 36.79% of shares and votes. On August 7, 2014, subsequent block trades were made giving total of 46.59%.
