On 9/11/2012, Canadian Income Management CIM Limited, the administrator of Canadian Income Management Trust(the "Trust"), announced that, in accordance with the Trust Indenture dated 2/21/2006 as amended from time to time, the Trust was terminated at the end of business on 9/7/2012. An amount of $1.79 per Trust unit was distributed to the Trust's unitholders of record on September 7, 2012. This amount represents the unitholders' pro rata share of the proceeds from the liquidation of the Trust's assets (together with any cash on hand) following the payment, retirement or discharge of all known liabilities and obligations of the Trust, and the provision of indemnity against any other outstanding liabilities and obligations.
This company is no longer actively traded on any major stock exchange.

Business Summary
Canadian Income Management Trust (the Trust) is a Canada-based open-end investment trust. The Trust's investment objectives include capital appreciation. The Trust invests its entire assets in Canadian Income Management LP (the Partnership). It holds 99% of the outstanding residual units of the Partnership, which will be held by the Company and the Trust as to, initially, 1% and 99%, respectively (Residual Partnership Units). The Partnership invests all of the proceeds received from the Trust in a diversified portfolio of securities consisting of income funds. In addition, the Trust will contribute the proceeds, if any, from the exercise of the warrants to the Partnership in exchange for additional Residual Partnership Units. Such proceeds, if any, will in turn be invested by the Partnership in additional securities of income funds. Computershare Trust Company of Canada acts as the trustee of the Trust. Sentry Select Capital Inc. acts as the Trust’s administrator.
