Rock of Ages Corporation (Rock of Ages) is an integrated granite quarrier and manufacturer whose principal product is granite memorials used primarily in cemeteries. The memorials are offered in granites of various colors and are covered by a full perpetual or a limited perpetual warranty, depending on the particular granite and brand. The Company had operations in two business segments: Quarry and Manufacturing. Its principal products are classified into two product lines: granite quarry products and manufactured granite products.
