Security Capital also wholly owns SCGroup Incorporated, a company that provides a variety of administrative services. They include cash management, human resources, information systems, payroll, accounts payable processing, risk management and tax administration to subsidiaries and some other affiliates of Security Capital under administrative services agreements. In May 2002, the Company was acquired by GE Capital.
