Ningbo QL Electronics Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the research, production and distribution of semiconductor silicon materials and discrete semiconductor devices. The Company primarily provides 4-6 inch silicon polished wafers, 4-6 inch silicon epitaxial wafers and 6-inch Schottky barrier diode (SBD) chips. The Company's silicon polished wafers are mainly used in metal-oxide-semiconductor integrated circuits (MOS-ICs), bipolar ICs, charge-coupled devices (CCDs) and Zener diodes, among others. The silicon epitaxial wafers are applied for discrete devices and high voltage withstanding ICs, while the SBD chips are used in rectifiers. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company obtained approximately 54.08%, 24.21% and 21.62% of its total revenue from the sale of silicon polished wafers, SBD chips and silicon epitaxial wafers, respectively.
