Impax Energy Services Income Trust (the Trust) is an open-ended, limited purpose trust. The Trust indirectly owns an approximate 72% interest in Impax Energy Services Master Limited Partnership (Impax LP), which indirectly acquired and operates, through a limited partnership structure, certain businesses involved in the provision of services to the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry and such other investments as Impax Energy Services Ltd., the general partner of Impax LP or the Trustees may determine. The Trust operates through four independent limited partnerships: McClelland Oilfield Rentals Limited Partnership, EGOC Enviro Group Limited Partnership, Denray Rathole Drilling Limited Partnership and Dwayne Hommy Trucking Limited Partnership. The four independent limited partnerships provide various services to oil and gas exploration and production companies in western Canada.
