On 1/7/2013, Mobilewave Group' shares were suspended from trading on AIM at its own request after it received a winding-up petition from The Portman Estate Nominees (1) Ltd and The Portman Estate Nominees (2) Ltd, the landlord of 71 Gloucester Place, London. The winding-up petition relates to the company's failure to pay rent, interest, VAT and service charge in the total sum of £69,009.98.
On 2/1/2013, an agreement was reached with the Portman Estate to enter into an agreement to surrender the Company's lease of the premises.
