Telco Orange Polska extends brand licensing 10 years, will pay 1.6% of retail revenues


Orange Polska will pay 1.6% of revenues on Orange banded retail segment goods and services, save for PSTN services where an 0.8% rate will hold until convergent services hit at least 21.8% of total revenues, management said.

The new deal will run 2021 through 2030 after the current deal expires end-year 2020.

The agreement was approved in a Supervisory Board vote where only independent members were allowed to take part, Orange Polska claimed in the filing.
