In May 2010, it acquired the remaining stake of 25% in Callnet Enterprises Ltd. On June 9, 2010, it acquired Penza-Telekom ZAO. In April 2011, Mobile TeleSystems OJSC has completed the merger of Komstar-Obyedinennye TeleSistemy OAO.
