American Resource Technologies, Inc. (American Resources),is an oil and gas producer. As of September 30, 2008, the Company owned a 100% working interest in eight oil wells on the Lindley lease and two wells on the Linn Lease, and a 25% working interest in 17 oil wells on the Ownbey/Troyer Lease. All of the Company’s reserves are located within the United States and consist of crude oil. In September 2009, the Company wrote off the Noll lease as a dry hole. As of September 30, 2008, American Resources had proved developed reserves of 9,320 barrels. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2008 (fiscal 2008), the Company participated in the drilling of six wells, four of which were located on the Lindley lease in Montgomery County, Kansas and two were on the Linn lease also located in Montgomery County, Kansas.
