The Project contains reserves and resources of semi-soft coking coal and premium thermal coal. The Dingo Project, located approximately 150 kilometers west of Rockhampton, comprises three tenements, EPCs 862 (Dingo North), 863 (Middle Creek) and 1063 (Tryphinia), with a combined surface area of approximately 35,420 hectares. In December 2011, the Company announced that it had, on behalf of the Maules Creek Joint Venture, signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Boggabri Coal Pty Limited for the design, construction and operation of a shared rail spur.
