On June 1, 2010, the Company completed the purchase of a 51% interest in Yi An. On October 25, 2010, it completed the purchase of an additional 24.37% interest in Yi An. On March 25, 2011, it completed the purchase of an additional 14.63% interest in Yi An. As of June 30, 2011, the Company owned a 90% interest in Yi An. On September 26, 2011, the Company’s 90%-owned subsidiary, Yi An, entered into an agreement (the Purchase Agreement) with Guangzhou Xiang Ran Trading Co., Ltd., pursuant to which Yi An sold its 51% interest in its subsidiary, Guangdong Hua Ying Investment Consulting Co., Ltd.
