CreditRiskMonitor Hires Danner as Chief Marketing Officer

VALLEY COTTAGE, NY - May 10, 2005 - CreditRiskMonitor (OTCBB: CRMZ), announced today the appointment of William B. Danner as Chief Marketing Officer. He will report to Jerry Flum, CEO. Mr. Flum said, "We are delighted to have a marketing executive of Bill's caliber and experience join our management team. He will be responsible for our marketing strategy and for executing marketing programs. Bill will create a professional marketing function to serve our customers better and to drive the next stage of growth for our company and its shareholders."

Mr. Danner, age 48, brings to the company over 20 years of financial services and information services marketing experience, including Danner Marketing, The Hamilton Group, Citigate Albert Frank, MetLife, Dun & Bradstreet, and GE Capital. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School.
